You will receive a confirmation email after your online order has been placed and payment has been received. Then we will begin processing your scented candles order.
It usually only takes 1 business day for your order to be processed. If your item is out of stock, you will receive an email notification, and it will be custom made for you immediately. Out of stock items can take up to 10 business days to process while we hand craft your scented candles and wax melts.
Orders are shipped to the USA only at this time. We use USPS shipping priority mail, so your shipment cost is calculated by weight and will arrive within 3-5 days depending on your location (excluding processing time). Shipments are processed and shipped from Frostburg, Maryland.
You will receive an email with your USPS shipping tracking number. After you receive the order you purchased, you will receive an email asking you to review your candle store purchase.
Your satisfaction is my priority. I want you to be 100% satisfied with your scented candles and wax melt purchase. I will gladly exchange or return your candle if you are unsatisfied for any reason. Please contact Tammi at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization. Original shipping charges can not be refunded, and you may be responsible for return shipping charges.
If your candle has been burned, I can not accept returns or exchanges unless 75% of your candle is still in tact.
